Every venture has its inception and this is the point where we began our journey. We have experienced there is a big gap in competency level and depth of technical skills of engineers demanded by short term project need. We comprehended a substantial gap between the years of experience and competence. After an in-depth calibration and incisive analysis we concluded that engineers are working with shallow foundations which is paramount for professionals in VLSI design.
We believe in bridging this knowledge gap and creating a workforce which is technically sound and acquainted with industry standards.

Meet the Team

Naveen Suthar

Naveen comes with 16+ years of industry experience in AMS Layout Design. Naveen has embedded experience of product and services companies. He established teams while working with new clients in service companies and developed flows to improve productivity in his product experience. Along with rich technical expertise he managed multiple business units. Naveen worked on HPA-Converters , Power-management, Automotive(Radar, gyroscope, and accelerometers) and High-speed Serdes products.

Pankaj Kumar

Pankaj brings a solid 16+ years of industry experience in the fields of AMS and Semiconductor Business development. He worked in product and services both environment of companies in his career. He was key to establishing analog teams for Sicontech (Capagemini now), Mirafra Tech & Sevitech Systems (UST now) from scratch. He is instrumental in forecasting Semiconductor situations and plan to tackle in the best of times for the Company.

Pawan Bhola

With 14 + years of industry experience in Analog & Mixed Signal Layout Design, Pawan has Management experience in Product as well in service companies. He also brings in special skill set of ESD design reviews and had signed off Chips as ESD reviewer. In his career he has developed many methodologies which are integral part of product companies he worked with. He is currrently Managing North America’s operations.

Dan Clein

Dan comes with more than 35 years of experience in building, managing & mentoring IC Design teams. He managed multidisciplinary teams in Canada, US, Israel and India. Dan has been guiding the semiconductor community by authoring multiple books on technical & non-technical aspect of managing VLSI teams. They are “CMOS IC Layout Concepts Methodologies and Tools” and “The Unorthodox Manager”.
