Responsibilities:
- Design and update job descriptions for various semiconductor services Engineers
- Source potential candidates from various online channels, References and direct applicants
- Design recruiting emails to attract potential engineers
- Preliminary screening of resumes and application
- HR interview of candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
- Advertise job openings on LeadIC careers page and various job portals
- Collaboratively working with hiring managers to complete recruitment
- Create and maintain data for recruitment process and progress
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience as Semiconductor recruiter
- Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources management
- Familiarity with online recruitment tools and profile databases
- Solid verbal and written communication skills
- Experience or knowledge of HR generalist work functions
- Able to perform in competitive environment
- Self-Driven for setting milestones and tracking progress
- Strong mindset of working in start-up company
