Responsibilities:

  • Design and update job descriptions for various semiconductor services Engineers
  • Source potential candidates from various online channels, References and direct applicants
  • Design recruiting emails to attract potential engineers
  • Preliminary screening of resumes and application
  • HR interview of candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
  • Advertise job openings on LeadIC careers page and various job portals
  • Collaboratively working with hiring managers to complete recruitment
  • Create and maintain data for recruitment process and progress

 Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of experience as Semiconductor recruiter
  • Bachelor/master’s degree in human resources management
  • Familiarity with online recruitment tools and profile databases
  • Solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience or knowledge of HR generalist work functions
  • Able to perform in competitive environment
  • Self-Driven for setting milestones and tracking progress
  • Strong mindset of working in start-up company
